Contract extension for Viking Princess

We are pleased to announce that Wintershall Dea has declared options to extend the contract for our supply vessel Viking Princess. The contract extension runs from January 2024 in direct continuation of the current contract, extending the firm period to January 2025.

Havila Shipping ASA: Equinor Energy har forlenget kontrakten for PSV fartøyet Havila Charisma

Equinor Energy har erklært ett års opsjon for Havila Charisma fram til midten av desember 2024.

Equinor Energy har ytterligere 3 årlige opsjoner for perioden fram til midten av desember 2027.
 

DOF Group ASA - Contract award and charter in vessel​

DOF Group is pleased to announce a contract with Subsea 7 for a Time Charter of Skandi Acergy, adding a minimum of 18 months firm backlog, at a value in the range USD 85 - 105 million, to the Group. Commencement is expected to be Q1 2025 after the vessels current commitments. Skandi Acergy is a 2008 built large construction vessel equipped with a 400 ton crane and 2000m2 deck and have installed 2 ROV systems that DOF will operate under the contract.

DOF Group is further pleased to announce an agreement with Maersk Supply Service to charter in Maersk Installer on a 2 years firm Time Charter with options thereafter. Commencement is scheduled for end of Q1 2024. Maersk Installer is a state-of-the-art large construction vessel. The vessel was delivered in 2017 and is amongst the newest and most modern subsea vessels on the market, it's equipped with 1 x 400 ton AHC crane and 1 x 100 ton AHC crane to give maximum flexibility for utilising the large, 1850 m2 deck. With DP3, SPS and designed for maximum efficiency, reliability and redundancy DOF view the vessel as a perfectly fit into the DOF Group Fleet and look forward to offering the vessel to Clients world-wide.
 

New charter agreements for Rem Offshore​

Rem Offshore is pleased to announce that several long-term contracts is signed for our vessels. The contracts have been signed on market terms and will ensure high fleet utilization in the coming years.


Rem Inspector has been awarded contracts for work on offshore wind projects in Taiwan. The contracts have a total duration of just over 1 year with start-up Q4 23. Rem Inspector is a subsea vessel built in 2013. Since 2019 Rem Inspector has worked within offshore wind with gangway services and commissioning of offshore wind farms.
The subsea vessel Rem Saltire has been awarded a 2-year contract for an international seismic supplier, and will be used for node seismic and ROV services globally.
Rem Mira has extended its contract with Serica Energy until Q4 2026. Rem Insula and Rem Cetus have extended their contract with Apache until Q1 2025. The supply vessels will continue to cooperate well with their charterers and will support their operations on the UK continental shelf.
Rem Star and Rem Art have extended 2 years with Equinor ASA and have ongoing contracts well into 2025. The supply vessels will support their operations on the Norwegian continental shelf, and Rem is pleased to continue its cooperation with Equinor. The vessels still have 3 annual options left after 2025.
It is gratifying to note that the contracts reflect both today's market and the range of services we can offer to our good customers. We are solidly positioned in several segments with a modern and environmentally friendly fleet, and in combination with great effort from our employees, we continue to be a preferred shipping company,says CEO Lars Conradi Andersen.
The contracts have a total value of just over NOK 1.5 billion, and Rem Offshore has a total backlog of around NOK 3 billion.
 

LOI signed with Helix Energy Solutions Group​

Siem Offshore has signed an LOI with Helix Energy Solutions Group for a possible long-term extension of charter contracts for Siem Helix 1 and Siem Helix 2 at improved day rates.

Commencement date for the new contracts will be 01.01.25 and 01.01.26 with a duration of 6 years each.
 

Contract award for AHTS Siem Sapphire​

Siem Offshore has entered into a term contract for the AHTS Siem Sapphire with an oil major in Australia. The firm duration of the contract is approximately 1 year plus options up to 6 months. Commencement is expected to be between December 2023 and middle of January 2024
 

New contracts for CSV Normand Australis and AHTS Normand Sirius in Australia

Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad) is pleased to announce contract awards in Australia for two of its vessels.

CSV “Normand Australis,” has been contracted by a subsea contractor for a minimum of 150-days firm, with options to extend thereafter. The contract will commence during Q4 2023.

Additionally, the large AHTS “Normand Sirius”, has been contracted by an international energy company for a minimum period of 160-days to support a drilling campaign offshore Western Australia.

The contract will commence in Q2 2024, and the client has options to extend the contract by further 250 days beyond the firm contract period.

“Normand Sirius” and “Normand Australis” will be owned by Solstad Newco after the planned refinancing of Solstad (see announcement to Oslo Stock Exchange dated 23rd October 2023).
 

Reach Subsea ASA - kunngjør kontraktstildeling med Equinor for tjenester i Brasil og utvidelse av ordreboken​


Haugesund, 12 desember 2023: Reach Subsea ASA har sammen med sin brasilianske partner OceanPact signert kontrakt med Equinor for kombinerte lett konstruksjon, IMR (inspeksjon, vedlikehold og reparasjon) og kartleggingstjenester på Peregrino-feltet offshore i Brasil.

Prosjektet har en varighet på omtrent 45 dager og er tildelt som en del av en kontrakt som er gyldig i ett år, noe som antyder tilleggsarbeid. Det vil bli utført av undervannsfartøyet Havila Subsea etter det pågående prosjektet i Brasil, med start i desember i år. Prosjektet har høy teknisk kompleksitet og kombinerer tjenester som tilbys av ulike divisjoner i Reach Subsea.

"Dette er en viktig kontrakt for Reach Subsea, som bekrefter det utmerkede samarbeidet med Equinor som kunde og vår evne til å levere tjenester av høy kvalitet og bredde. Med denne kontraktstildelingen, sammen med flere andre nylige kontraktstildelinger, har Reach Subsea utvidet ordreboken med en estimert totalverdi på over 265 millioner norske kroner, siden offentliggjøring av tredje kvartal 2023-rapporten. De fleste av disse kontraktene er planlagt å starte i fjerde kvartal 2023 og første kvartal 2024.

New contract for CSV "Normand Fortress" and contract extension for CSV "Normand Valiant" in Brazil​

Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad) is pleased to announce a new contract for the CSV "Normand Fortress" with PETROBRAS. The contract has a duration of 2 years firm with possibility of 2 years extension. The vessel will provide accommodation services to support production activities on Brazilian continental shelf.

Commencement of the contract is 2Q 2024.

Additionally, present contract with Petrobras for CSV "Normand Valiant", has been extended by 6 months. By this extension the firm duration of this contract is now firm until mid-February 2025.

The combined gross contract value is approximately NOK 750 million.

"Normand Fortress» and «Normand Valiant" are owned by Solstad Maritime AS, in which Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27%.

GEOS secure contracts for Energy Passion and Energy Paradise​

Ålesund 29.01.2024Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) is pleased to inform that it has entered into contracts with an Tier 1 international oil major for 1 year firm + 1 year option for Energy Passion and 6 months firm + 6 months option for Energy Paradise. The contracts are for operations in the North Sea and are expected to commence between March/April 2024. Gross contract value for the firm period is MUSD14.0m with an additional MUSD15.8m for the option period “We are very pleased to secure these contracts for Energy Passion and Energy Paradise, which provides a solid backlog for GEOS. The awarded contracts underscore the company’s strong standing as a supplier of quality tonnage to Tier 1 clients. These contracts confirm the robustness of the current charter market, with fixed earnings yielding attractive payback periods of the newly acquired vessels”
 

Contract Award – OSCV Siem Spearfish​

Siem Offshore has entered into a one-year firm contract plus one year option for the OSCV Siem Spearfish with PXGEO. The vessel will be engaged within the marine geophysical segment and support charterer's operations world-wide. The vessel will commence its new charter upon completion of the current class renewal mid February 2024.
 

Energy Swan – extension of contract​

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) is pleased to inform that a contract extension has been secured for Energy Swan.

A contract extension of 2 months has been secured with Repsol Norge AS. The contract is in direct continuation of the current firm charter contract and will bring the large size PSV Energy Swan firm until 1. May 2024.

Energy Swan will be available for new charters from 1st May 2024 as all options under the Repsol Norge AS charter has now been exercised.
 
Skandi Kvitsøy skal da altså ut av Nordsjøen og til Australia for en lengre periode. Dette vil vel føre til et enda sterkere marked for high end PSV i Nordsjøen (sett med rederens øyne..)
Ser også de har destinasjon Las Palmas, dette kan vel bety at de unngår Suez og den betente situasjonen der - klokt.
 

New agreement in place for “Siem Helix 1” and “Siem Helix 2”​

With reference to the stock exchange notice published 24 November 2023, Siem Offshore and Helix Energy Solutions have now signed agreements for the Well Intervention Vessels “Siem Helix 1” and “Siem Helix 2”. The new contracts will commence on 1 January 2025 and 1 January 2026 and replace the existing contracts. The new contracts have a duration of 6 years for each vessel, with subsequent options of up to 5 years. Securing long-term employment for these key vessels, with firm utilization through at least 2030, is important for Siem Offshore and gives a solid base for future income. The agreement reconfirms the Company’s important role in the Well Intervention segment. Helix Energy Solutions has been the sole client of these vessels since they were built in 2016. The successful project based collaboration between our organisations has strengthened the professional relationship between Helix and the Company. The total contract backlog for the two vessels is now USD 682 million.
 

New contract for “Normand Tonjer”

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to announce a new contract for the CSV “Normand Tonjer” with an international client. The contract has a duration of 18 months firm with the possibility of 2 x 180 days extension. Commencement of the contract is April 2024.

The commercial terms are confidential, but in line with current market levels for this type of vessel.

Normand Tonjer is owned 55% by SOFF with remaining ownership held by external shareholders.
 

Energy Empress – extension of contract​

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) is pleased to inform that the charter on Energy Empress reported 11 August 2022 and reported extended for 6 months August 21st 2023, has now been extended for six additional months

The Energy Empress has thereby secured firm employment till 24th October 2024.

The exercised option was the last available to Charterer, reference is made to the notice from GEOS dated 11 August 2022
 

Havila Shipping ASA: Forlengelse av kontrakter for Havila Borg og Havila Fanø

Selskapet har inngått avtale med Peterson Den Helder BV for PSV fartøyet Havila Borg med inntil 150 dager med oppstart 5. april 2024 i direkte fortsettelse av eksisterende kontrakt.

Selskapet har inngått avtale med TotalEnergies EP Denmark AS om å forlenge kontraktsperioden for PSV fartøyet Havila Fanø ut juni 2024.

Dagratene er i overenstemmelse med dagens marked.
