DOF Subsea secures further contract awards in APAC region

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce multiple contract awards in the Asia Pacific region providing significant utilisation for resources and vessels in Q3 and Q4 2021 and securing solid backlog into the first half of 2022.

Onshore works are underway for several offshore campaigns that will utilise the CSV Skandi Hercules and the onshore and offshore teams from Q3 2021 into Q1 2022. The first campaign will support maintenance activities at an offshore facility in the Timor Sea for a short duration. Following this, the vessel and team will be deployed on several construction and pre-commissioning support campaigns off the Northern Australian coast.

Onshore works are also underway for several offshore campaigns that will utilise the DSV Skandi Singapore in saturation diving mode in the region during 2022.

A further key contract award will utilise high specification vessel and related subsea services to undertake a significant pre-commissioning and commissioning support campaign off the Northern Australian coast. This campaign is expected to commence in Q1 2022 with onshore preparation activities underway.

Collectively, these contract awards secure in excess of 8 months vessel utilisation and include the provision of project management, engineering and all associated fabrication (subcontracted), subsea and marine services.

Contract extension for AHTS Normand Ferking

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that Equinor has declared an option to extend the contract for anchor handling vessel Normand Ferking with 1 more year to November 2022. Equinor has the option to extend the contract with further 2 x 1 years.

Normand Ferking has been on contract with Equinor since 2007 and will continue to support their activities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
 
Contract award Skandi Achiever

DOF Subsea is pleased to inform that the diving support vessel Skandi Achiever has been awarded a contract extension with Petrobras for ROV and diving services until 4[th] quarter 2022
 

Multiple PSV contracts in West Africa

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce multiple new medium-term contracts in West Africa. Letter of Agreements have been signed with key clients for 7 PSVs, all with commencement Q4 2021 / Q1 2022. The total firm duration of the contracts is approximately 1,000 vessel days with options to extend the contracts further.
 

New contracts in Brazil​

DOF ASA's Brazilian subsidiary Norskan has been awarded a new long-term contract and extended another one with Petrobras

Skandi Botafogo, (AHTS 180 t BP) has been awarded a 3-year contract with Petrobras to operate as AHTS with startup in 4[th] quarter 2021 and 500 optional days to be mutually agreed.

Skandi Amazonas, (AHTS 21,000) has been awarded a 1-year extension on a contract with Petrobras until September 2022.
 

Securing long term contract for large PSV Energy Swan.​

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) are pleased to announce long term contract on large PSV Energy Swan to Repsol Norge AS. Contract duration is 12 months firm, in addition Repsol Norge AS have options to use the vessel for a total additional period up to 12 months. Contract will commence on or about 1. November 2021, and if options are used, secure full utilization on the vessel until end of 2023. Contract entered in on marked terms and rate level reflecting the market.

In addition GEOS will install shore power connections to facilitate use as per IEC PAS 80005-3, meaning the vessel diesel generators can be stopped whilst alongside where shore facilities are available. This is in line with Golden Energy Offshore strategy - continuous focus on Green profile – reducing NOX, CO2 emissions and make vessels more energy effective and environmentally
friendly.
 

Long term contract award for PSV in Norway

As part of the Frame Agreement between Aker BP and Solstad Offshore, the companies have entered into a new contract for the PSV Far Solitaire. The new contract is for 3 years firm + 6 yearly options and will commence in direct continuation of the current contract, keeping the vessel fully utilized to 4Q 2024. The vessel has been on contract with Aker BP since 2018 and will continue to support their activities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Far Solitaire will be upgraded with a battery-hybrid system as a part of both Solstad and Aker BP’s efforts to reduce emissions from operations. When upgraded in December 2021 Far Solitaire will be the 9th PSV Solstad operate on the Norwegian Continental Shelf with a battery-hybrid system and shore power connection installed. This is one of many important steps to reach Solstad’s long term decarbonization target.
 

EIOF - Contract award for the PSV Viking Lady​


Eidesvik Offshore ASA (“Eidesvik”) has been awarded a 3-year time charter contract with Aker BP ASA (“Aker BP”) for the PSV Viking Lady. The contract is awarded in direct continuation of the current charter under the companies’ frame agreement.

The contract will commence in January 2022. In addition, Aker BP has been granted options for further extension.

We are pleased to see that Aker BP shows confidence in us by offering the long-term framework conditions we need to develop new emission reduction initiatives”, says Jan Fredrik Meling, CEO & President of Eidesvik.
 

Contract extension for PSV in Norway​

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that present charterer of the PSV Normand Server has exercised their option to extend present contract with 1 year.

The contract is now firm to January 2023, with 2 x 1 year options thereafter.
 

Havila Shipping ASA: Kontraktsforlengelse med Reach Subsea AS for Havila Subsea


Havila Shipping ASA og Reach Subsea AS har inngått kontrakt for Havila Subsea for en fast periode på 2 år og 3 måneder fra 01.10.2021 til og med 31.12.2023. Reach Subsea har opsjon til å forlenge kontrakten med ett år fram til 31.12.2024.

Obligasjonseierne i ISIN NO0010605033 (HAVI07) har med tilstrekkelig flertall akseptert inngåelse av kontrakten.
 

EIOF - Contract extension for Viking Princess​


Wintershall Dea has declared options to extend the contract for the supply vessel Viking Princess from January 2022 in direct continuation of the current contract, extending the firm period to January 2023.

Viking Princess was the world’s first offshore vessel with a battery hybrid energy storage solution replacing a traditional generator. In November 2021, the vessel will also be equipped with a shore power system.

Contract for CSV Normand Samson

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that a major oil service company has chartered the CSV Normand Samson for a period of minimum 350 days with options to extend with additional 150 days. The contract will commence during Q2 2022.

The vessel will be utilized on a field development project in South America.
 
Early termination of charter party – Siem Pilot
Secunda Canada LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Siem Offshore Inc, has today received a notice of early termination of the charter party for the vessel “Siem Pilot”.

The original charter period expire in November 2022. Secunda Canada LP will be entitled to an early termination fee.

Contract extension for PSV in Norway

ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS has exercised its option to extend present contract for the PSV Normand Supporter with 1 year. The contract is now firm to February 2023, with 2 x 1 year options thereafter.

With reference to stock exchange release 20.10, ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS is also the Charterer which extended present contract for the PSV Normand Server for 1 year to January 2023 with 2 x 1 year options thereafter.
 
Contract extension for OSCVs Siem Stingray and Siem Spearfish

With reference to the notice issued January 29th 2021, GE Renewable Energy has decided to exercise the remaining options for the vessel “Siem Stingray”. The extension will see the versatile vessel further utilized into the first quarter of 2022. The extension reconfirms that the Company plays an important role in servicing the renewable energy segment, and we are very pleased to see a key client such as GE Renewable Energy extend our professional relationship.

With reference to the notice issued April 23rd 2021, the Company is also very pleased to confirm the extension from another key client for the vessel “Siem Spearfish”. The vessel will continue to perform its current duties under subsea construction work. This extension will see the vessel employed well into the first quarter of 2022, with corresponding new options issued thereafter. This extension confirms the Company’s renowned position for servicing the Subsea segment through our advanced fleet.

The extensions are thus seen as a very positive development on the “year-on-year” utilization perspective for our OSCV fleet.
 

Contract for CSV Far Superior

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that MMT Sweden AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocean Infinity, has chartered the CSV Far Superior for a period of 2 years firm with 1 year option. The contract will commence February 2022
 
Contract award for MPSV Siem Dorado

Siem Offshore has been awarded an up to 210 days firm contract plus options withan international client for the vessel MPSV Siem Dorado.

The contract is set for commencement during the first quarter of 2022 and thescope of work covers the subsea development part for a new offshore wind farm.
 

Contract award for CSVs

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce award of two term contracts for it`s medium size construction vessels.

Fugro Netherlands Marine BV has chartered the CSV “Normand Mermaid” for a period of 16 months firm. The contract will commence December 2021.

The present Client on CSV “Normand Baltic” has exercised their option to extend the contract with another 8 months to July 2022 with further 90 days options thereafter. The vessel is operating in Taiwan where she is supporting offshore-wind projects.
