Contract award for MPSV Siem Dorado

Siem Offshore has been awarded a 55 days firm contract plus options, in addition to mobilization and demobilization fees, for the MPSV "Siem Dorado" for work in Guyana. The work scope, on behalf of charterers, will consist of fibre optic cable lay, support and hook-up. Commencement of mobilization will take place later this summer. It is highly satisfactory for the Company to see top tier clients coming back to further strengthen our relationship, as well as for the Company to further build on its track record on a world wide basis by performing work in the emerging Guyanese market.
 
Contract awards for PSVs in UK

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that the company has signed longterm contracts with Harbour Energy for two large PSVs. Normand Service and Normand Supra has been contracted for a period of two years firm plus two years option thereafter.

Both vessels will support Harbour Energy's UK North Sea assets, with contracts commencing during June 2021 and August 2021.
 
Contract award for AHTS Siem Pearl

Siem AHTS Pool AS has been awarded a 3 month firm contract for the AHTS Siem Pearl with PSE Kinsale Energy Ltd. The vessel will be supporting a semi-submersible rig during a P&A campaign in the North West European area, and is expected to mobilise during July. As there is a scarcity of AHTS term contract opportunities in the North Sea, the Company is pleased to secure utilization of the vessel into the fourth quarter, as well as being entrusted with confidence in a competitive market.
 
GOLDEN ENERGY OFFSHORE SERVICES

GOLDEN ENERGY OFFSHORE SERVICES AS has reactivated the PSV ENERGY DUCHESS after 14 months in lay-up caused by the downturn in the market as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The reactivation is now completed and the vessel was delivered under her first charter with a first class international operator with a firm period of 40 days + options on today’s market terms, Golden Energy Offshore AS has now 3 of its 4 vessels in full operation and all have well in excess of 90% utilization in Q2-21 in the improved North Sea spot market.

Energy Duchess has commenced the contract.
 
EIOF – Contract award for Viking Prince

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has been awarded a time charter contract with Aker BP ASA for the PSV Viking Prince. The contract is awarded under the current Frame Agreement for a drilling campaign indicated for a period of approximately 100 days, with commencement August 2021.
 
Contract award for PSV in UK

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that the PSV Sea Falcon has been awarded an 18 month term contract plus a one year option, with a UK operator to support their assets in the UK North Sea. The commencement date of the contract will be during 3rd quarter 2021.

Sea Falcon will join sister vessel Sea Forth and work for the same UK operator.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Kontraktsforlengelser med TotalEnergies EP Danmark for PSVene Havila Herøy og Havila Fanø

TotalEnergies EP Danmark har utøvd opsjonser for PSVene Havila Herøy og Havila Fanø. Fast kontrakt for er for Havila Fanø forlenget til 1 desember, med opsjon for ytterligere 1 måned.

For Havila Herøy er kontrakten forlenget til 1. januar 2022.
 
Contract for CSV Normand Vision with Havfram AS

Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded a contract with Havfram AS (former Ocean Installer AS) for the CSV Normand Vision. The contract will commence in direct continuation of present agreement in place between the parties. The firm period of the contracts covers the majority of 2022 with options for further extensions.

Normand Vision is a high capacity Construction Vessel designed and built for installation of Subsea Structures, Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF).
 
Contract for CSV Normand Energy

Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded a contract with a key client for the CSV Normand Energy. The vessel will support subsea operations in West Africa. The contract will commence Q3 2021 and have a firm duration of 13 months. Normand Energy is a large construction vessel equipped with a 250 tonnes active heave compensated crane and a working deck of 2000m2. Contract for CSV Normand Energy Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded a contract with a key client for the CSV Normand Energy. The vessel will support subsea operations in West Africa. The contract will commence Q3 2021 and have a firm duration of 13 months. Contracts of 1,000 vessel days awarded

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce multiple new medium-term contracts and contract extensions.

PSV Normand Leader has been contracted to support a project offshore Australia. The contract is scheduled to commence in Q3 2021 and gives utilization for the vessel throughout 2021.

Charterers of PSV Normand Tortuga have declared options to extend present contract until end of 2021. The vessel operates in New Zealand.

PSV Normand Swift has been contracted to support Shell Brasil Ltda. The contract is scheduled to commence in Q4 2021.

PSVs Normand Sitella, Sea Spear and Sea Spark have been contracted to support a seasonal drilling campaign outside the North Sea. Commencement will be in July 2021.

Charterers of PSVs Normand Serenade and Normand Arctic have extended the vessels to Q4 2021. Both vessels operate in Norway.

Solstad’s anchor handlers currently trading the North Sea spot market have been awarded multiple project contracts in Q3 and Q4 2021.

The total firm duration of the contracts is approximately 1,000 vessel days and there are options to extend the contracts further.
 
New contracts in Brazil

DOF ASA's Brazilian subsidiary Norskan has been awarded two contracts.

Skandi Paraty (AHTS 21,000 with ROV operated by DOF Subsea Brasil) has been awarded an 1-year contract extension with Petrobras until July 2022.

Skandi Iguaçu is on-hire with Equinor on a spot contract utilisation in July and August, 2021.
 
EIOF – Contract award for the CSV Viking Neptun

Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik") has been awarded a contract with Havfram AS (“Havfram”) for the CSV Viking Neptun.

The contract will commence early January 2022 with a firm period towards the end of 3rd Quarter 2022. In addition, Havfram has been granted options for further extension.

Viking Neptun is an advanced construction vessel built for servicing the SURF (Subsea, Umbilical, Riser and Flowlines) market. The vessel is equipped with state of the art hybrid technology to ensure reduced emissions. Jan Fredrik Meling, CEO & President said in a statement:

Contract awards for two CSVs

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce award of two medium term contracts for its large construction vessels in the second half of 2021.

Normand Navigator has been awarded a contract with an undisclosed client in South East Asia. The work is scheduled to start in September 2021 and will keep the vessel utilized until the end of the year.

Normand Frontier has been awarded contract in South America with a large international contractor. Contract duration is 100 days firm plus 60 days options excluding mobilization and demobilization. The vessel will support an ultra-deep subsea project. The vessel has already started mobilization activities
 
Contract for CSV Normand Jarstein

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce a new contract for the CSV Normand Jarstein to DeepOcean AS. The vessel will support DeepOcean`s IMR, light construction, offshore renewables and recycling projects.The contract will commence in 1Q 2022 and have a firm period of hire until end 2023.

Additionally, DeepOcean holds an option to extend the contract until end 2024.
 
Contract extension for AHTS Siem Topaz in Australia

Siem Offshore has been awarded a 6 month extension for the AHTS Siem Topaz. This secures utilization for the vessel until February 2022.
 
Contract award

Siem Offshore is pleased to announce that a contract has been signed with Seaway 7, the renewables business unit of Subsea 7, for the utilization of one of our OSCVs commencing Q4 2021. The vessel will undertake walk to work activities for a period of 300 days firm plus options in the North Sea, supporting the construction phase of the Seagreen wind farm.

We are pleased to see yet another contract within the Offshore wind market, further building upon our experience and extensive track record within the renewable market. From a holistic market perspective, it is also positive to witness longer firm durations securing utilization over the winter period, which has been a challenge during previous years. As a comparison, this is the longest firm contract we have signed for our OSCVs since 2018.
 
Contract extension for CSV Normand Pacific

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that Prysmian Powerlink Srl (“Prysmian”) has exercised their option to extend the firm contract for CSV Normand Pacific with one year. The firm period will expire on December 31st, 2022. In addition, Prysmian has the option to extend the contract with 2 years beyond the firm period.

Normand Pacific has been on charter with Prysmian since August 2016.
 
Contract award in Brazil

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce a new contract for the CSV Normand Flower with PETROBRAS. The contract is for 3 years firm with 475 days options thereafter.

Normand Flower will sail under REB Flag, supporting exploration and production activities in Brazilian continental shelf. Commencement of the contract will take place within April 2022.
 
Contract Extension in Atlantic Region

DOF Subsea has received a 6-month extension to a contract in Africa. The project shall continue to use Skandi Seven throughout the extended duration, delivering integrated FSV services, project management, engineering, procurement and logistical services within deep-water construction and maintenance of existing subsea infrastructure.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Kontraktsforlengelse med Nexans for Havila Phoenix

Havila Shipping har forlenget kontrakten med Nexans for Havila Phoenix med 100 dager, pluss 40 dager opsjon for ytterligere forlengelse. Kontrakten vil holde Havila Phoenix på oppdrag for Nexans fram til februar 2022. I deler av kontraktsforlengelsen leier Nexans også T3200 Trencher som opereres fra fartøyet.
